"This is the guy you want!!! Jason (Realty Inspection Group) was selected by the prospective buyer of MY house & I was home at the time of the inspection. Of course - being the SELLER, I wanted to know first hand what he was going to find wrong with my house. Jason went through the entire house, inside & out, crawl space to attic - with a fine toothed comb. He found a bunch of things. (most of which I was unaware of myself) He was totally up front & professional, but presented the issues to the buyer in a positive light & even explained to the buyer specifically what needed to be done to fix the issues "the right way".
